Sea and Sun housing complex lies on the beach, only 1 km from the town center.

It comprises of five independent houses, bathed in the Greek sun, every one of which includes a 40m2 studio and a 70m2 two-bedroom maisonette.

The studio flat consist of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. The maisonette includes two bedrooms, connected by an interior staircase, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and two balconies.

Both, the studio flats and the maisonettes are spacious and can accommodate either couples or large families, providing all necessary facilities for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Loutraki is a small summer resort, located opposite the city of Corinth and on the eastern shore of the Corinthian gulf.

It is 80 km from Athens and within a short driving distance from important archaeological sites of central Greece and Peloponnesus, such as Delphi, Olympia and the ancient theatre of Epidavros. Loutraki combines a wonderful climate with a clean sea and beautiful scenery. It is also the source of high quality mineral water, distributed all over Greece. The long stretch of beach, which is lined with restaurants and cafe's, is ideal for recreational activities and summer sports.
